After more than a decade working in marketing leadership positions in radio, Chris Olsen launched a consultancy and began leveraging her behind-the-scenes media expertise to benefit clients. Through her work partnering with startups, she realized her WHY—to support women-owned businesses in confidently communicating their purpose and impact, setting them up for entrepreneurial success. She created My Founder Story as a platform for doing so.
Today, Chris helps mission-driven female founders at every stage of business (from startup to scale-up) develop and implement innovative marketing and communications strategies, from branding to content and business memoir development.

Chris mastered the art of brand storytelling working in radio, creating successful campaigns for big brands like Target, Verizon and Sony. Today, she helps purpose-driven leaders develop engaging, relevant and strategic content that connects audiences with products, companies and causes on an emotional level. She has authored and ghostwritten blogs and books, and coached dozens of women through the process of writing their business memoir. The result for her clients: Raving fans and loyal brand advocates.
